Ben Markowitz

Ben Markowitz has over two decades of experience in audit and risk management. From February 2010 to December 2022, Ben served as Audit Director at AstraZeneca, overseeing R&D, Medical Affairs, and Global Portfolio and Project Management, after previously holding the position of Internal Audit Manager. Prior to this, Ben worked at Ernst & Young as a Manager in Advisory Services from October 2004 to January 2010, where responsibilities included coordinating risk assessments for companies with revenue of $1.2 billion to $3 billion. Ben's earlier experience includes serving as a Staff Auditor at the Maryland Office of Legislative Audits from November 2001 to October 2004, leading internal audits for various State agencies. Ben holds a degree from Yeshiva University, completed between January 1992 and January 1996.
