Benjamin Sauer

Benjamin Sauer is a senior pharmaceutical operations and transformation leader with over 20 years of experience in the industry. They held various roles at AstraZeneca, including APAC Lean Academy Lead and Site Technical and Portfolio Lead, where they drove lean transformation initiatives and managed strategy execution. Their earlier positions include Manufacturing Manager and Validation and Technical Transfer Manager at Parnell Veterinary Pharmaceuticals. They began their career as a technician at Salt Ash Aquaculture and have a strong educational background with a PhD in Medicinal Chemistry and a B.Sc. with honors from the University of Newcastle.
