Beth Clement

Beth Clement is currently the Senior Director of US Employment Legal & US Employee Relations at AstraZeneca. Previously, they held roles as Senior Counsel in Employment and Senior Director of Global Employment Legal at the same company from 2015 to 2022. Prior to AstraZeneca, they served as a Recruiting Director for The Philadelphia Group at Northwestern Mutual from 2003 to 2005 and worked as a Labor and Employment Attorney at Littler Mendelson from 2008 to 2015. Additionally, they interned at the Montgomery County Court of Common Pleas in 2006. Beth is pursuing a BS in Psychology from Penn State University and a JD from Villanova Law School.
