Celeste Chang

Celeste Chang is a seasoned professional in supply chain management within the biopharmaceutical sector, currently serving as Head of Cell Therapy Supply Chain at AstraZeneca since January 2025. Prior experience includes the role of Vice President of Supply Chain at Neogene Therapeutics, where Celeste established a comprehensive supply chain organization and supported the initiation of clinical trials for autologous cell therapies. At Kite Pharma, Celeste held multiple senior positions, culminating as Executive Director, focusing on customer-oriented solutions and the successful launch of products such as Yescarta and Tecartus. Previous roles at Amgen and Merck & Co. involved building regional supply chain capabilities and managing clinical manufacturing processes.
