Celeste Cummings

Celeste Cummings, DVM, MPH, is a Senior Clinical Scientist in Late Respiratory & Immunology at AstraZeneca, where they contribute significantly to regulatory submissions and high-level results interpretation. With over 10 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Celeste possesses extensive knowledge of disease processes, clinical data management, and epidemiological study design. Previously, they held various positions, including Clinical Research Associate Manager at AstraZeneca, and Research Assistant at UNC Lineberger Comprehensive Cancer Center. Celeste earned a Doctor of Veterinary Medicine and a Master of Public Health from Tuskegee University and the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, respectively.
