Chad Kellner

Chad Kellner, MBA, CMRP, currently serves as the Head of Gaithersburg Site Operations at AstraZeneca, with a rich background in engineering, maintenance, and strategic site planning. Since joining AstraZeneca in January 2019, Chad has held several senior roles focused on infrastructure investments, talent development, and the integration of machine learning and artificial intelligence in engineering processes. Prior to AstraZeneca, Chad accumulated extensive experience at MedImmune, leading teams in engineering and budgeting for biologics R&D facilities, and has held various engineering positions at Siemens Building Technologies and AccuQuest Corporation. Chad's career began with the US Navy, where leadership and technical proficiency were honed as an Interior Communications Electrician. Chad holds an MBA in Project Management and a Bachelor of Science in Technology Management from the University of Maryland Global Campus.
