Chiemi Saito is an ACCA-qualified finance leader serving as the Group FP&A Manager at AstraZeneca, with over a decade of experience in financial controlling, reporting, FP&A, and compliance. They have previously held key positions at Santen and Shire, managing financial reporting for numerous legal entities across multiple countries. With a strong background in financial governance and a passion for innovation, Chiemi has successfully led teams and digital transformation initiatives, utilizing tools such as Power BI and SAP. Fluent in both Japanese and English, they possess extensive cross-cultural leadership experience in highly regulated industries. Chiemi holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical and Biological Sciences from Japan Women's University and has completed multiple project management qualifications.
