Clara Chacón is a Director of Change Management at AstraZeneca, bringing over 10 years of experience in Change Management, cultural transformation, and communications. With a background as a Sociologist and an Organizational Coach, Clara promotes open communication and teamwork through a human-centric approach. Previously, Clara worked as a Senior Change Manager and Communications Consultant at World Data and led culture transformation initiatives at Banesco Panamá. Clara is bilingual in Spanish and English and has implemented Agile methodologies to enhance customer and employee experiences.
