Dan Horner

Dan Horner has over 24 years of experience in the chemical engineering field, primarily with AstraZeneca from November 1999 to August 2024, where roles included Senior Technical Director, Director Technical Services, and Process Engineering Team Manager, leading teams to develop safe and effective drug substance processes. Previous experience also includes serving as a Team Leader at Rolls-Royce from June 2011 to June 2013, managing a team of 20 design engineers. Dan holds a PhD in Chemical Engineering with a focus on adsorption of herbicides from water and a Bachelor’s degree in the same field, both obtained from Loughborough University.
