Daniel Ellis

Daniel Ellis is an Associate Director in Computational Protein Design at AstraZeneca, where they focus on designing vaccines, antigens, antibodies, and advancing protein-based technologies. They previously held the position of Senior Scientist at both AstraZeneca and Icosavax, Inc., and worked as a Research Scientist and Graduate Research Assistant at the University of Washington's Institute for Protein Design. Daniel earned a Bachelor’s degree in Biochemistry, Biophysics, and Molecular Biology from Whitman College and pursued further education at the University of Washington. Known for their collaborative approach, Daniel enjoys managing multiple projects within their field.
