Danielle Paterson

Danielle Paterson is a Senior Scientist at AstraZeneca, specializing in targeted protein degradation and sustainability initiatives. Previously, Danielle worked as a Postdoctoral Researcher at Bayer Crop Science, where they synthesized a library of diverse heterocyclic analogues for herbicide evaluation. Danielle began their career as a Summer Intern at Douglas Pharmaceuticals Ltd, followed by a role as a Laboratory Technician at Auckland Clinical Studies. They hold a Ph.D. in Pharmacology and an Honours Degree in Synthetic Organic Chemistry from the University of Auckland.
