Deepali Verma

Deepali Verma is currently the Global Development Scientist Director at AstraZeneca, where they apply extensive expertise in drug safety and public health. They have previously served as an Associate Director in Patient Safety Science at AstraZeneca from 2018 to 2021, and held various consultancy roles, including positions at Gilead Sciences and Cambridge University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust. Deepali completed a PhD in Chemistry from the IMPRS-CMB International Max Planck Research School and holds an MPhil in Bioscience Enterprise from the University of Cambridge. Additionally, they have contributed to academic research as a Post Doctoral Fellow at institutions such as ETH Zurich and TU Dortmund University.
