Delphine Lissa

Delphine Lissa is currently a Director Scientist at AstraZeneca, where they oversee medical and scientific support for early phase trials. They have held the position of Associate Director Scientist at AstraZeneca from 2020 to 2024, providing critical input on clinical study documents and trial implementations. Delphine's prior experience includes an Analyst Intern role at BioHealth Innovation, Inc. and a Postdoctoral Fellowship at the National Cancer Institute, where they focused on high throughput drug screening and the role of p53 isoforms in cancer. They earned their M.Sc. by investigating the molecular mechanisms of p53-targeted genes and additionally served as a Clinical Extern at Gustave Roussy. Delphine has contributed to various research projects throughout their education and has held leadership roles, such as President of the Fellows Consulting Club.
