Derek Butler is a Launch Planning Manager in Oncology at AstraZeneca, where they lead the commercial launches of new drugs and contribute to the company's goal of delivering 20 new medicines by 2030. With over fifteen years of marketing experience in both the performing arts and the pharmaceutical industry, Derek has successfully blended creativity with strategic planning. Previous roles include serving as a Digital Marketing Consultant and a Director of Sales and Omnichannel Marketing, where they optimized marketing strategies and drove client engagement. Derek is currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree at The Johns Hopkins University and a Master's Degree in Marketing at Brooklyn College.
