Doreen Tay

Doreen Tay is currently the International Market Access Lead and Associate Director at AstraZeneca, where they have been instrumental in navigating market access strategies since 2023. Previously, Doreen held various roles at AstraZeneca, including Asia Area Vaccines & Immune Therapies Commercial Lead and Patient, Market Access & Government Affairs Manager. Earlier in their career, they worked at Pfizer as a Country Brand Lead and an Associate Product Manager, and at Bayer Pharmaceuticals as a Product Manager and Medical Affairs Liaison. Doreen holds a Bachelor of Science in Biomedical Science from the National University of Singapore and a Graduate Diploma in Marketing from the Marketing Institute of Singapore.
