Elayne Schmidt is currently the Senior Director of Market Access Strategy at AstraZeneca, where they lead the development and implementation of strategies for Inhaled Respiratory products. They previously held various roles at AstraZeneca, including Associate Director and Director of Co-pay Program Operations. With past experience as a Validation Consultant at Pfizer and Wyeth, and as a Consultant for Accenture in the Pharmaceutical and Medical Products Practice, Elayne has a robust background in market access and validation strategies. Elayne earned a BS in Civil Engineering from Penn State University.
