Elena Dolya is currently serving as the Radiology Lead in Ukraine and is responsible for marketing across several regions, including AZ, AR, BEL, GE, KAZ, MON, and UZ at Bayer. With extensive experience in the pharmaceutical industry, Elena previously held the role of Regional Sales Manager at Schering AG - Bayer Pharmaceuticals and served as the M&S Manager and Lead of the Radiology department at Bayer HealthCare. Elena has also taken on the role of Brand Manager in Oncology and Haematology at AstraZeneca since 2022. In terms of education, Elena is pursuing a Program for Management Development at the International Institute of Management - MIM-Kyiv, in addition to ongoing studies at Kharkiv Medical University.
