Elinore Mercer

Elinore Mercer is an experienced regulatory leader currently serving as the Executive Director of Regulatory Affairs at AstraZeneca. Previously, they held various roles, including Director and Senior Director of Regulatory Affairs at AstraZeneca, Associate Director of Regulatory Affairs at Coté Orphan LLC, and Regulatory Scientist at Cato Research. Elinore has a strong background in research and development, with early career positions as a Senior Research Associate at Genoptix and a Research Associate at Kalypsys. They earned a Ph.D. in Cell Biology from UC San Diego and hold both a Master's in Biotechnology and a Bachelor's in Microbiology from Texas A&M University.
