Eric Hoffman

Eric Hoffman is currently a Senior HR Solutions Partner at AstraZeneca, where they have been since 2025. Previously, they held various HR roles, including Human Resources Manager and Business Partner at PPD from 2018 to 2021, and Human Resources Generalist at WithumSmith+Brown from 2014 to 2018. They also served as President of the West Virginia University Men’s Lacrosse team, showcasing leadership skills in managing budgets and team activities. Eric began their academic journey at West Virginia University, where they are pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, with a focus on Business Management and Human Resources Management.
