Erika Farmer, PMP, possesses a diverse background in the biopharmaceutical industry with significant experience in bioassay development and project management. Starting as a Research Associate in Immunobiology at VIRxSYS, Erika transitioned to various roles at AstraZeneca, including Senior Scientist, Associate Scientist II, and Functional Project Associate. In these positions, Erika specialized in drug development, method optimization, and mentoring junior staff. Previous experience at MedImmune involved authoring regulatory documents and leading bioassay analyses.
