Erinn Reilly

Erinn Reilly is a seasoned clinical program director currently at AstraZeneca since January 2023. Previously, Reilly served as the director of clinical and biomedical projects at FAST BioMedical from June 2009 to November 2022, where governance and management of global clinical operations were paramount, including a 50-patient observational study in Germany. Reilly's expertise encompasses drug-device interactions, clinical study protocol authorship, regulatory submissions, and grant writing, successfully securing $8 million in NIH grants. Additional roles included clinical and biomedical projects manager and biomedical engineer, leading to innovations in medical device development and participation in Phase 1 clinical studies. Reilly holds a B.S. in Biomedical Engineering from Rose-Hulman Institute of Technology.
