Erwin Otero

Erwin Otero is currently the Associate Director of Project Management at AstraZeneca, where they have held various positions including Senior Project Manager and Project Manager, overseeing the delivery of complex projects within defined parameters. Previously, Erwin contributed to the Process Excellence Team as a Process Facilitator and held roles in Packaging Operations at AstraZeneca, where they led teams and mentored peers. With additional experience at Boehringer Ingelheim and Ecolab, Erwin has a strong foundation in management and operational excellence. Erwin holds a Master of Business Administration from Jones International University and is pursuing a Bachelor of Applied Science in Molecular Genetics at The Ohio State University.
