Fernando Tur

Fernando Tur is a Senior Scientist in Biocatalysis at AstraZeneca, focusing on the sustainable development of chiral compounds for the pharmaceutical industry. Previously, they held positions as a postdoctoral researcher at both Sanifit and Aarhus University, where they developed their expertise in asymmetric catalysis and organocatalysis. Fernando also contributed as a Technical Leader in Biocatalysis at Almac Group, specializing in enzyme screening and process development for organic synthesis.
