Frederic Lancaster

Frederic Lancaster is a seasoned professional in cybersecurity, currently serving as the Global Head of Cybersecurity at AstraZeneca since February 2020, where responsibilities include leading an award-winning global cybersecurity program. Prior to this role, Frederic held the positions of Deputy CISO and Senior Director at Alexion Pharmaceuticals, Inc. from February 2018 to January 2020, overseeing various aspects of Security Operations across multiple global locations. Frederic’s earlier experience includes serving as Director of Cyber Security Programs at Northrop Grumman from January 2008 to January 2018, managing a substantial cybersecurity capability portfolio. Additionally, Frederic served in the U.S. Navy as a Naval Cryptologist from August 1981 to August 2001. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Space Systems from the Naval Post Graduate School and a Bachelor of Science in Management from Ball State University's Miller College of Business.
