Gaby Bourbara

Gaby Bourbara is the Country President for Canada at AstraZeneca, beginning in March 2024. Previously, Gaby held the position of Vice President and General Manager for Alexion Pharmaceuticals, where the role involved overseeing the approval, reimbursement, and commercialization of rare disease medicines from January 2023 to March 2024. Gaby's extensive experience at AstraZeneca from 2001 to 2022 includes various leadership roles in oncology, such as Global Commercial Head, Vice President, and US Franchise Head, contributing to brand strategies, sales performance, and launch readiness for numerous oncology therapies. Gaby's educational background includes an MBA in Marketing, a BA in Economics, and a BKin in Kinesiology, all from McMaster University.
