Gary Lu

Gary Lu is currently the APAC Regional SHE Director at AstraZeneca, a position they have held since 2021. Previously, they worked as a CTC EHS Operation Leader at GE Global Research in 2009 and served as the EHS Leader and Regional EHS Leader for Greater China at GE from 2009 to 2014. Their experience also includes roles at Intel as Site Ergonomist and Site EHS Manager from 2000 to 2003, and as a Safety, Ergo, and Industrial Engineer at Shanghai General Motors from 1997 to 2000. Gary holds an IMBA in Business Administration from both Fudan University and The University of Hong Kong, and an Engineering Master in Industrial Engineering from Shanghai Jiao Tong University.
