Gemma Holliday

Gemma Holliday is currently the Associate Principal Cheminformatician in PharmSci Digitisation at AstraZeneca, where they continue to apply their expertise at the intersection of chemistry and biology. Previously, Gemma served as a Lead Cheminformatician and Bioinformatics Data Scientist at Medicines Discovery Catapult, contributing significantly to various projects and leading a multi-disciplinary team. As the Executive Director of the Structure-Function Linkage Database, Gemma managed technical operations and supervised a PhD student. They earned a PhD in Cheminformatics from the University of Cambridge and an MChem in Chemistry from the University of St. Andrews.
