George Thom is currently the Director of RNA Therapies at AstraZeneca, having previously served as Associate Director and mRNA team leader. They have been a Team Leader at MedImmune since before 2021. George earned a degree in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Cambridge University and holds dual honors degrees in Biochemistry and Applied Biochemical Sciences from Ulster University.
