Gráinne Long

Gráinne Long is a motivated epidemiologist currently serving as the Senior Director of Real World Evidence in Oncology R&D at AstraZeneca. Gráinne has previously held positions such as Director of Global Real World Evidence Strategy and Associate Director of Epidemiology within the same organization. Prior to AstraZeneca, Gráinne worked as an Epidemiologist at Roche Pharmaceuticals Ltd and contributed to research projects as a post-doctoral researcher at the University of Cambridge, University of Sheffield, and Penn State University. Gráinne holds multiple advanced degrees, including a PhD in Immunology and Evolutionary Biology from The University of Edinburgh and an MSc in Epidemiology from the London School of Hygiene and Tropical Medicine.
