Hayley Ostrowski

Hayley Ostrowski is the Director of Lean Digital and PMO, currently focused on operational excellence within a dynamic environment. They began their career at the University of Windsor as a member of the home events crew, later transitioning to various roles in packaging and training at Patheon and AstraZeneca. Hayley is Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certified and has actively contributed to continuous improvement initiatives. They hold a degree in Human Kinetics with a focus on Sport Management from the University of Windsor and have completed certifications in First Aid, CPR, and AED.
