Henric Olsson

Henric Olsson is a biochemist and cell biologist with a PhD from Lund University, Sweden, and over 20 years of industry experience in drug discovery and development. Currently serving as Senior Director and Head of Target Science at AstraZeneca in Gothenburg, Henric leads target identification across respiratory and immunology disease indications, focusing on novel targets from genomics and phenotypic screening. Previously, Henric held various positions at AstraZeneca including Senior Director of Translational Science and has contributed extensively to research, with over 30 publications in bioscience and translational science. Additionally, Henric has experience as a Visiting Scientist at Harvard University and has held research roles at Lund University.
