Jacob LaPorte is a co-founder and board member at Prisma, currently working to enhance health and wellness on both molecular and population scales. With extensive experience as an engagement manager at McKinsey & Company, Jacob provided strategic counsel to Fortune 500 healthcare corporations and led large-scale transformations. They also co-founded the BIOME innovation lab at Novartis and served as the global head of digital transformation in drug development. Jacob completed a PhD in organic chemistry and chemical biology at Harvard University, where they developed patented technologies for drug discovery.
