Jadwiga Janicka

Jadwiga Janicka is currently the Director of Study Operations at AstraZeneca, where they have been instrumental in leading a cross-functional study team to ensure the timely and quality execution of clinical studies. Previously, Jadwiga served as Associate Director of Study Management at AstraZeneca from 2018 to 2022, focusing on project and people management, as well as clinical trial outsourcing. Their career began at Merck, where they held various roles, including Clinical Trials Administrator. Jadwiga holds dual Master's degrees in Project Management and Human Resources Management from the Warsaw School of Economics, earned between 2006 and 2009.
