James B. is an Honorary Associate Professor at the University of Nottingham and serves as an Associate Principal Scientist in RNA Therapies at AstraZeneca. Since 2025, James has also been a co-editor for Frontiers in Nanotechnology, focusing on the transformative role of smart nanomaterials in advanced cell engineering and regenerative medicine. James earned a BSc (Hons) and a PhD from the University of Nottingham between 2002 and 2009.
