James Coleman

Trainer/Computer Engineer

James Coleman has extensive experience in various technical roles and volunteer positions. Starting with a tenure as a Gunner Mate 2nd Class in the US Navy from July 1999 to July 2006, responsibilities included managing inventory of weapons and ensuring security for classified materials. Following military service, James engaged in disaster response work with All Hands Volunteers in late 2010, focusing on structural assessments post-earthquake. An ongoing role as an IT Specialist Intern at The Research Technology Associates began in September 2013, involving on-site PC repair and user training. Other technical positions include Contract Work as a Fiber Optic Technician at Mercury Communications in 2016, Geek Squad Consultation Agent at Best Buy from October 2016 to May 2017, and currently serving as a Trainer/Computer Engineer at AstraZeneca, managing Windows and Mac migration projects.
