James Mann is currently a Principal Scientist specializing in In Vitro Product Performance at AstraZeneca. They graduated with first-class honors in Msci Forensic and Analytical Chemistry from the University of Strathclyde, which included an industrial placement at GSK. Following that, they completed a PhD in Analytical Chemistry at the University of East Anglia, funded by Pfizer. James gained experience as a Research Chemist at Merck Sharp & Dohme, where they rose to Associate Principal Scientist before becoming the Analytical Manager at Molecular Profiles. They joined AstraZeneca in January 2015 and have since led projects in biorelevant dissolution and innovative analytical techniques.
