Currently serving as the Senior Director - Site Lead for Manufacturing Supply and Operations at AstraZeneca, Jason has demonstrated a consistent track record in managing formulation processes and streamlining operations for efficiency. They previously held roles at Covidien, where they effectively applied Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to improve productivity and reduce costs. Jason began their career in the US Navy as a Senior Sonar Supervisor, overseeing operations on nuclear submarines and training numerous personnel in essential skills. Jason holds multiple degrees, including an MBA from the University of New Haven and a Master's in Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs from Temple University.
