Jeferson Assis

Jeferson Assis is an accomplished leader in operational excellence and change management, currently serving as the Lean Operational Excellence Director for the Americas. With a rich background that includes roles at AstraZeneca, Johnson & Johnson, and Ethicon, Jeferson focuses on achieving sustainable results through robust processes and capable management. They have also contributed to academia as an adjunct professor at FAAP University. Jeferson holds a Bachelor of Engineering from Universidade de Taubaté and multiple postgraduate degrees.
