Jeremy Boardman

Jeremy Boardman is the Associate Director of Business Change at AstraZeneca, where they manage the global deployment of key projects such as Project44, enhancing transportation visibility and standardization. With a strong background in business transformation, they have excelled in roles across global logistics, quality assurance, and HR in diverse industries including pharmaceuticals and construction. Previously, Jeremy held senior positions at BOC UK & Ireland and Laing O'Rourke, leading significant change management and employee relations initiatives. They hold a BA Hons degree in History from Swansea University and are pursuing a Chartered MCIPD qualification. Additionally, Jeremy contributes as a Trustee for West Lancs Scouts Council.
