Jérôme Mastio

Jérôme Mastio, Ph.D., is an Associate Principal Scientist in in vivo immuno-oncology at AstraZeneca. With a background in immunology, they possess extensive knowledge of immune cells and the preclinical drug discovery process, particularly in T cell-based immunotherapies. Jérôme has hands-on experience in cancer immunology, including work with preclinical mouse tumor models and multiparametric flow cytometry. Previously, they served as a senior scientist and postdoctoral fellow at leading research institutions, and taught at the University of Strasbourg. Jérôme aims to leverage their expertise to contribute to highly translational projects that improve cancer patient outcomes.
