Jerrell Baker

Jerrell Baker is a certified instructional design and technology professional with a focus on eLearning and a Public Trust Security Clearance. They served as a Senior School Student Support Services Facilitator at Johns Hopkins University from 2011 to 2017, where they developed courses for over 4,000 students and managed a $1 million budget. Jerrell worked as an eLearning Specialist at CGI from 2019 to 2021, designing training programs for 7,800 Tele-Service Agents. They have also held roles as an Instructional Designer & Facilitator at Johns Hopkins Hospital and as a Department Head and Curriculum Specialist at Baltimore City Public Schools. Currently, Jerrell is pursuing a Master of Arts in Teaching from The Johns Hopkins University and a Bachelor of Science in History/Biology from Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University.
