Jesse Summers

Jesse Summers is a seasoned professional in strategy and project management with extensive experience in the biotechnology and energy sectors. Currently serving as the Director of Strategy & Project Management in Global Operations at AstraZeneca since February 2017, Jesse leads a global team focused on biologics manufacturing initiatives and innovation in project management systems. Previous roles at AstraZeneca include Associate Director for Global Supply Establishment Programs and Regional Operations Capital Lead, managing significant capital projects. Prior to AstraZeneca, Jesse worked as an Enterprise Transformation Consultant at Xcel Energy, an Infrastructure Consultant at Rationale Ltd, and held various analytical positions at Gainesville Regional Utilities. Jesse holds a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Florida.
