Jim Ader is a retired senior leader with extensive experience in US Market Access, particularly within the Oncology, Rare Disease, Respiratory Biologics, and Cardiovascular sectors. They have held prominent roles at AstraZeneca and Pfizer, leading teams and developing successful strategies for market access, pricing, and contract negotiations. Currently, they serve as Vice President of US Market Access at AstraZeneca, continuing their work in the field. Jim earned a BS in Management from Binghamton University and an MBA in Finance from Hofstra University.
