Jo Panrucker

Jo Panrucker is a seasoned professional in programme management and employee experience, with over a decade of experience in HR process, technology, and operations design. Currently, they are at AstraZeneca, where they are designing and delivering a new global onboarding program for 18,000 annual new employees. Jo's previous roles include Product Manager and Global Mobility Product Manager at Equus Software and the Boston Consulting Group respectively. They also hold a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Nottingham.
