João Frade

João Frade is an experienced talent acquisition professional currently serving as a Senior Talent Acquisition Partner at AstraZeneca since February 2024. Previously, João held the position of Talent Attraction & Acquisition Manager at Glintt from June to November 2023 and led talent acquisition operations for South Europe, UKI & East Med at A.P. Moller - Maersk from February 2022 to May 2023. Other significant roles include Talent Acquisition Lead and Partner at Thales from October 2018 to February 2022, and a range of positions at KPMG Portugal, where João contributed from May 2012 to October 2018. João's career began in HR consultancy and recruitment roles, with early experience at PSA Peugeot Citroën as an HR Intern. João earned a Master’s degree in Organizational and Human Resources Psychology from the Faculdade de Psicologia da Universidade de Lisboa and completed a post-graduation in Human Resources Management and Strategic Development at Universidade Europeia.
