Joel Wilson has extensive experience in operational excellence, change management, and procurement within various industries. Starting as a Consultant in Technology Services at Ernst & Young from August 1998 to September 2002, Joel progressed to significant roles at CHEP, including Senior Manager for EMEA Pricing and Billing and Manager for Finance Shared Services, from January 2008 to February 2011. Later, Joel served as Lead for Operational Excellence at Sodexo from March 2011 to January 2013 and was the Head of Service & Process at McBride for the latter part of 2013. At AstraZeneca, Joel held multiple high-level positions from April 2014 to the present, demonstrating leadership in global finance operations and procurement before becoming Associate Director for 3rd Party Risk in May 2022.
