Johan Mattsson

Johan Mattsson is an experienced scientist and project lead with a broad expertise in respiratory and autoimmune diseases. In their current role as an Associate Principal Scientist at AstraZeneca, they lead efforts to identify and validate novel drug targets and oversee an early drug project for idiopathic pulmonary fibrosis, emphasizing effective cross-functional collaboration. Johan's academic background includes a Master's degree in Biology and a PhD in Immunology from the University of Gothenburg.
