Jon Read is the Director of Protein Structure at AstraZeneca. They began their career as a Postgraduate Research Scientist at Southampton from 1996 to 1997 and later served as a Post-doctoral Research Assistant at Bristol University until 2002. Jon held various positions at AstraZeneca, starting as an Associate Principal Scientist in 2003 and rising to Principal Scientist in 2014, while also leading teams in Boston and Macclesfield from 2007 to 2011.
