Joyce Wang

Joyce Wang is the Global Marketing Director at AstraZeneca, based at the company’s U.S. hub, where they lead the global launch of Beyfortus, an antibody for RSV disease targeting newborns. Previously, Joyce held various roles in AstraZeneca China, including Senior Strategy Manager and Associate Marketing Director, where they supported C-suite executives and led market strategies. Before joining AstraZeneca, Joyce was a consultant at L.E.K. Consulting in London, where they specialized in strategy development for clients in the pharmaceutical and biotech sectors. Joyce also worked as Corporate Affairs Manager at Sanofi’s Asia Pacific headquarters, focusing on market access and stakeholder relations. They earned an MBA from INSEAD and are currently pursuing multiple degrees at Shanghai International Studies University and Fudan University.
