Julia Arroyo

Julia Arroyo is a seasoned Procurement Director with over 15 years of experience in multinational companies. They held key positions at Mondelēz International, where they transformed the Procurement External Manufacturing area, and at AstraZeneca, leading procurement strategies across Latin America. Julia has also contributed significantly to organizations like Danone, Coca-Cola FEMSA, Heineken Group, and Unilever, showcasing their expertise in supplier management, strategic sourcing, and cost reduction. Julia earned a Civil Engineering degree from Universidade Estadual de Campinas and a Master's degree in Supply Chain and Logistics from USP, along with furthering their education in negotiation at Harvard Business School.
